Our
History
Macroblu was founded in 2002 by Marc Garand. A man with a plan. Using his network within the fashion and design industry, he established Macroblu as an integral design service for local shops and businesses in the Toronto Design District as well as some international clients. The team grew over time and established a name, distinct brand, and large roster of clients.
A lot has changed since the founding 2002. We moved out of our cozy design studio on Davenport, Marc has retired and team members have come and gone. Each leaving a lasting influence on Macroblu. We’d like to thank our past team members for their contributions to making Macroblu what it is today. We wouldn’t be where we are now without them. No matter how much has changed or how much time has passed we’ve tried to stay true to our origins.
Today, thanks to the power of the internet our team is currently working remotely with our headquarters in Toronto. We focus on expanding our skills by following the latest innovations and standards in website design and development. We aim to bring more value to the communities we inhabit just as Marc did when he first started Macroblu.
